Sasha Michaels, a psychic with a talent for houses, is homeless until he finds refuge in an abandoned home, only to be interrupted by an unexpected visitor. Meanwhile, house flipper Nick Cooper, struggling to rebuild his life after the recession, discovers Sasha living in his renovation project and strikes a deal.
