Paint

In the late 1800s, a Lakota boy discovers an orphaned mustang foal, whom he names Paint, and they quickly form an inseparable bond while learning to hunt buffalo together. However, their journey takes a dramatic turn when a U.S. Cavalry attack separates them, leading Paint into a tumultuous life with settlers and significant environmental changes. As she is bought and sold through various owners, Paint eventually finds a home with English pioneers on the Canadian Prairie, where survival becomes a pressing challenge amid an impending dust storm.
