Chain of Command

Lieutenant Sam Bitka, US Naval Reserve, is called back to active duty amid rising tensions between Earth and the alien Varoki, leading him to serve aboard the USS Puebla as a tactical officer. When a surprise attack cripples the Earth coalition fleet, Sam unexpectedly finds himself in command, facing the challenges of leadership and uncovering a potentially larger alien threat. As the conflict intensifies, he must confront both external dangers and internal struggles to protect humanity.
