Powers of Arrest

Cincinnati homicide detective Will Borders, who now walks with a cane and lives in constant discomfort, is tasked with catching a brutal killer who has claimed the life of a star cop and eerily echoes a series of murders on a nearby college campus. As he teams up once again with Professor Cheryl Beth Wilson, they must uncover the truth behind the crimes before the murderer strikes again. Set against the backdrop of a slow-changing Midwestern city, the story explores dark secrets and hidden dangers lurking in familiar places.
