March into Madness

After preventing a disaster in Washington, D.C., Mark Taylor catches the attention of the CIA, who are eager to learn about his mysterious camera and psychic abilities. Reluctantly, he agrees to cooperate, believing the agency can help avert future crises. However, he soon realizes he should have trusted his instincts, as he finds himself trapped and being used as a test subject by the very agents he was wary of.
