Anything but Plain

In "Leaving Stoney Ridge," impulsive Lydie Stoltzfus grapples with feelings of inadequacy in her Amish community, contemplating leaving her family and Nathan Yoder behind. As she takes on a temporary role at the local doctor's office, Lydie faces the possibility of change through unexpected treatment for a rare disorder among the Amish.
