In Memory of Us explores the intertwined lives of twin sisters Selina and Zora, growing up in 50s and 60s London amid racial and societal tensions. Now in her seventies and experiencing memory loss, Selina seeks to untangle the past's traumas, aided by a new acquaintance whose true intentions remain uncertain. The novel offers a thoughtful reflection on memory, race, and survival, shedding light on the experiences of Black Britons after the Windrush generation.
