In this installment, Marc's Safe Zone and its network reach a new Industrial Technology level, unlocking essential items like railways, primitive firearms, and lighter-than-air travel, as he steps back from daily management to focus on leveling up. While he gains new building and exploration capabilities, challenges such as a system trying to override restrictions, elf settlements, and a critical quest slow his expansion efforts.
