Death in Sardinia

Set in 1965 Florence, this atmospheric crime novel is the third in the Inspector Bordelli series and was shortlisted for the Crime Writers' Association International Dagger 2013. When a loan shark is found murdered with scissors through his throat, Inspector Bordelli begins a challenging investigation that stirs conflicting emotions. The story also explores the subsequent mysterious death of Bordelli’s young police sidekick, Piras, adding further intrigue to the narrative.
