Soldier of Rome

Following the death of Nero, four men vied for power during The Year of the Four Emperors, culminating in Flavius Vespasian's rise to emperor. As he leaves Rome to subdue rebels, his son Titus leads a large imperial army toward Jerusalem, where fierce Jewish factions are embroiled in a brutal struggle for control. The city is torn apart by violence and division, raising questions about unity in the face of an impending military assault.
