Beneath the Roots

When Merisande escapes into a mysterious, cursed woodland to avoid an unwanted marriage, she discovers a hidden kingdom inhabited by winged beings who enslave humans. Her pursuer, Sir Avry, joins her there, but both are soon captured and enslaved themselves. Faced with the threat of an impending fae attack, they must team up to find a way to escape and protect their homeland.
