The Emerald City of Oz

The Emerald City of Oz is the sixth installment in L. Frank Baum's beloved series, following Dorothy Gale as she and her Uncle Henry and Aunt Em settle permanently in Oz. While they tour through the Quadling Country, a plot unfolds involving the Nome King gathering allies for an invasion of Oz. This book marks the first time Baum employs double plots, adding complexity to the story, and features Dorothy sharing her adventures with her skeptical relatives.
