In Storm Breaking, western allies led by Karal and the Adepts Firesong and An'desha delve into the ancient ruins of the Tower of Urtho in the Dorisha Plains, seeking powerful magical weapons buried beneath. Their efforts to retrieve these artifacts temporarily halt the destructive mage storms threatening their world, but underscore the urgency of finding a lasting solution. As they confront the remnants of Urtho’s lost legacy, they realize that salvation may depend on discoveries hidden deep within the ancient ruins, possibly linked to a long-dead mage whose work could hold the key to their survival.
