The Metropolitans

In this time-bending mystery from Carol Goodman, four brave thirteen-year-olds are drawn into a daring quest at the Metropolitan Museum of Art to find the hidden pages of the Kelmsbury Manuscript, an ancient book of Arthurian legends. As they search for the manuscript, they begin to develop extraordinary powers and experience the emotions of legendary characters such as King Arthur and Guinevere. The story explores themes of courage, friendship, and the possibility of rewriting history while they uncover whether they are bound to echoes of the past or forging their own path.
