The Metropolitans

On the day Japan bombs Pearl Harbor, four brave thirteen-year-olds are recruited at the Metropolitan Museum of Art to locate hidden pages of the ancient Kelmsbury Manuscript, an artifact of great significance. As they embark on their quest, they begin to develop extraordinary powers and experience the emotions of legendary figures from Arthurian legend. The story explores themes of courage, friendship, love, and betrayal as the children navigate whether they are bound by history or able to forge their own destinies.
