On the brink of leading Scottsdale's largest Juneteenth celebration, a man finds himself unexpectedly thrust into the spotlight and given a new role as Mr. Black Scottsdale. Having spent years on the sidelines, he witnesses friends pursuing romantic interests and begins to confront his own long-held desires when he spots a woman who embodies everything he's been longing for.
