Donut Summer

Anita Kelly's YA debut is a charming queer romance that follows two teens, Penny Dexter and her genderqueer rival, Mateo della Penna, as they work together at a local donut shop during the summer. While Penny is focused on saving money for college and becoming a climate scientist, her plans are disrupted when Mateo joins her at Delicious Donuts amidst a looming corporate takeover.
