Tangled Vines

Tangled Vines follows the intertwined lives of Benfu and his family as they search for their biological daughter, Dahlia, whose whereabouts have suddenly come into question, while also exploring the struggles of Li Jin, a woman who has endured hardship and seeks a better life for her son. Set against the backdrop of China’s turbulent past, the story offers a poignant look at loss, resilience, and hope, revealing the complex journeys of women known as the “lost girls” of China.
