A Place to Shine

In this heartwarming story, ten-year-old Sunny Williams faces the challenge of keeping her family together when her grandma, Nanna, is placed in a care home and social workers threaten to separate her from her younger brother, Miles. Determined to reunite with Nanna, Sunny discovers a message hidden in their favorite story and, with the help of their temporary guardian Mr. Darrious Evens and her best friend Folake, sets off on a quest to find three magical ingredients believed to cure Nanna's dementia. Along the way, Sunny also learns to embrace her singing talent, discovering that home is defined by love, no matter where she is.
