On the water planet Canna III, a large island faces environmental crises as excessive irrigation has transformed fertile land into a hazardous saltwater swamp. This swamp is precariously sliding into the ocean, while an underground fuel leak threatens to cause a catastrophic explosion. To address these urgent challenges, two Colonial Survey troubleshooters are dispatched to restore the balance on the troubled planet.
