Mindful Deception

Set in Saudi Arabia, this story follows Teya, a wheelchair-bound intelligence operative, as she pursues the elusive accomplices of the 1996 Al-Khobar bombing, while intertwining the lives of university professors Jonathan and Laura Andrews, who secretly make wine at home with help from their au pair, Corazón. As Saudi intelligence officer Hamza al Khamis, known as HK, hunts a different target, their paths cross unexpectedly in a land defined by harsh rules and weather. The narrative explores the complex intersections of these characters' missions and lives, leading to unpredictable consequences for all involved.
