In a crumbling Los Angeles, former sniper and military mechanic Dolce Quinn embarks on a perilous mission to rescue her friends amid chaos caused by riots and the Kite virus. Teaming up with her neighbor, they devise a plan to navigate the dangers of the city, which intensifies when an earthquake strikes, forcing them to evacuate while dealing with a military mole.
