A Democracy in Heaven

In A Democracy in Heaven, four Americans embark on an interstellar mission to gather botanical samples from exoplanets, landing on a strikingly Earth-like world inhabited solely by albinos. The head pilot, August Adam, faces a unique challenge when two of his co-pilots kidnap an albino woman, while another pilot mysteriously vanishes. As Adam navigates the complexities of cultural misunderstanding and the precariousness of his own fate, he must work to demonstrate goodwill to the albinos, all while confronting the potential dangers of his choices.
