While on a ski trip in Switzerland, model Adele Marriot encounters a doctor with a revolutionary technique to keep her forever thin, leading her into a perilous situation at his clinic. Unknowingly, she is manipulated into undergoing an operation that results in her becoming one of the living dead, forcing her to escape and seek help from familiar allies.
