In "Normal, Kentucky," Mae West, owner of Happy Trails Campground and a minor player in a local Civil War reenactment, finds herself embroiled in a shocking mystery when two townsfolk are found murdered during the event. With a serial killer on the loose following a prison break, Mae must tackle her own problems as a lawsuit threatens her beloved campground. While she lets her detective boyfriend, Hank Sharp, investigate the murders, Mae is determined to recover a stolen motorhome and protect her home at all costs, revealing that embracing her namesake might be her best weapon against danger.
