A Black Sail

On the eve of the US Bicentennial, newsman Coleridge Taylor is immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of New York Harbor during Operation Sail while simultaneously pursuing a gritty story. His investigation ignites when a housewife is discovered in the harbor with bricks of unwanted heroin, leading him to suspect a fierce drug war between the Italian Mafia and a Chinese tong.
