Wind Water

Julie McCloud, raised by two windmillers after being saved as a baby, travels across the plains using her skills to bring water and hope to arid lands. When she and her mentors encounter three orphaned boys who need a windmill to protect their land, they set out to build one, facing opposition from Colonel Jess Chandless, who is determined to claim the land for himself.
