Set in 2007, this story follows Bill Jedburgh, a former Hong Kong police officer turned assassin, as he takes a break to enjoy scuba diving in Puerto Galera. His plans take a turn when an acquaintance, wounded and seeking help, introduces him to a conspiracy aiming to overthrow the Philippine president.
