A Death in Mayfair

Set against the backdrop of WWII, "A Death In Mayfair" follows Scotland Yard detective Frank Merlin as he grapples with escalating crime in London amid the destruction brought by war. As Japan's attack on Pearl Harbour shifts the global balance, Merlin is drawn away from his fight against organized crime to investigate the suspicious deaths of two young women: one a mummified teenager found in bomb rubble and the other a renowned film actress believed to have committed suicide.
