Mac's Way

Raised in poverty in Missouri, Mac strives to forge a better life for himself and an uncertain future. His journey takes him from working on the Santa Fe Trail and a Mississippi River boat to the cattle-rich landscapes of South Texas, where he partners with two ex-Federal soldiers to gather wealth through cattle drives. Along the way, Mac and his companions encounter a diverse cast of characters and face numerous challenges, including outlaws and perilous river crossings, as they navigate the complexities of life on the frontier.
