Gathering Frost

Gathering Frost, a dystopian romance by Kaitlyn Davis, reimagines the fairy tale of "Sleeping Beauty" in a world where a powerful queen has drained emotions from her subjects. Jade, once a girl interrupted by catastrophe, works within the queen’s guard amid a crumbling cityscape, her feelings long suppressed until the return of the queen’s rebellious son sparks change. As she grapples with new sensations and shifting loyalties, Jade's journey prompts questions about love, allegiance, and the true nature of heroism.
