Carnevale

Set in 1782, this story follows the journey of Cecilia, the daughter of a Venetian merchant family, who unexpectedly encounters the famed seducer Casanova after a mysterious incident involving a stray cat. Twenty-five years later, Cecilia has become a respected portrait painter in Albania, where she begins a relationship with a young English poet seeking excitement.
