One for Sorrow

Set against the backdrop of the 1918 influenza epidemic, this haunting tale follows Elsie, a troubled girl marked as the class tattletale and thief, who forges a friendship with newcomer Annie. As Annie's social circle expands, she begins to join in on the teasing of Elsie, who ultimately succumbs to the epidemic. However, Elsie returns as a ghost, seeking to reclaim her friendship with Annie and confront the girls who bullied her.
