Magic in the Weave

Set in October 1604, amidst a London plague that forces the closure of theaters, a London troupe arrives in Plymouth for their 'Plague Tour,' unsettling local physician Gabriel Taverner with their provocative performances of Othello. When a suspicious conversation and a sudden actor's collapse raise alarm, Gabriel finds himself entangled in a dangerous mystery where appearances deceive, and trust becomes a perilous gamble as death lurks nearby.
