A World of Talent

Set on a distant Earth colony where mutants with psychic abilities dominate, the story explores the conflict between these mutants and the Norms, led by the powerful yet childish Big Noodle, who aims to protect the colony from earthbound threats. Precog Curt strives to find humans who can nullify psi influence in order to establish a stable balance of power and peace, amid themes of murder, time travel, and unanticipated heroism.
