Melmoth the Wanderer

"Melmoth" follows the haunting tale of a fiendish character created by an Irish clergyman, who trades his soul for immortality through a sinister pact. As Melmoth wanders through the centuries, his story unfolds through those he entices to assume his dark legacy. Drawing inspiration from late 18th-century Gothic romances, this chilling narrative captivated literary figures like Poe, Balzac, Oscar Wilde, and Baudelaire, elevating the genre to new heights of horror.
