Hazel Elliot, who prefers to avoid her past, must return to her hometown of Lockett Prairie, Texas, for her father's Christmas Eve wedding, prompting a reunion with Ash Campbell, her childhood crush and current playful rival. As they journey across Texas, navigating bad music, weather, and close quarters, Hazel sets a condition to keep things the same between them, but the trip sparks unforeseen feelings.
