The Pessarane Behesht are a group of militants born from the chaos of Beirut and Iran, driven by a desire for vengeance. When the freighter Clarion Call goes missing in the Gulf with a secret shipment of French arms, ex-SAS Major Robert D'Arcy, working for an international security firm, becomes entangled in a dangerous conflict involving terrorists and competing intelligence agencies.
