PI John Craine is called upon to investigate the brutal murder of a Somali youth, amid concerns that authorities may be covering up the true circumstances. As he probes the case, he also becomes involved in a separate investigation following the sudden death of his friend, Leon Mercer, uncovering troubling suspicions along the way.
