An assassin trainee named Ravin, thought to be dead, hides on a ship after fleeing his dangerous profession, only to be unexpectedly called upon during the annual Scaera Dumeda. Princess Adima Radi Kashinda, eager to make a difference, throws caution to the wind when her name is chosen, risking her reputation for a new opportunity. As a series of murders among the selectees emerge, Ravin and Adima, now suspects, set sail with their crew to uncover the truth and catch the elusive killer before he claims more victims.
