At just twenty-six, Dom Contreras, known in the ring as Hack Barlow, faces the end of his pro wrestling career as his physical abilities decline and his notoriety wanes. His determination to protect his ambitious sister, Pilar, from the industry's dangers complicates their close relationship while they travel together to various shows. When a heated incident leads to Pilar's injury, an opportunity arises with Bonnie Blue, the owner of MCCW, who offers Dom a chance to revive his career and assist Pilar's aspirations in a risky underground wrestling circuit. To succeed, Dom must embrace a new persona he once vowed to avoid, testing both his resolve and their sibling bond.
