Set against the whimsical backdrop of a Louisiana Renaissance fair, this story follows Mila Breaux, a lettering artist, as she becomes embroiled in a mysterious and potentially deadly real-world intrigue beneath the fair's playful facade. Alongside her friend Cherie, a girl who claims to talk to animals, Mila navigates a web of deception, danger, and dark secrets tied to a local artisan’s wrongful punishment. Their quest for the truth takes them through encounters with a variety of colorful characters, each threatening to derail their mission before it’s too late.
