A Good While Before

Pat, a Vietnam veteran weary of marriage and alcohol, finds himself unwittingly drawn into a group of boisterous writers at a bar while watching a Red Sox game. After an awkward exchange with a prominent writer, Pat is invited to join their discussions about writing, seeking companionship without realizing the deeper emotional journey that awaits him.
