In the southwestern desert, a cult awaits the return of the Visitors, but their plans face opposition from a malevolent force known as the Duad. Meanwhile, Daley, who lives nearby, grapples with an alien consciousness residing in her mind and a newfound healing ability that draws unwanted attention. As the cult mistakenly labels her the Duad, Daley must navigate bizarre attempts on her life while questioning the true nature of the voice in her head—whether it is a friend, foe, or a sign of her unraveling sanity.
