The Colossus of Roads

Eleven-year-old Rick Rusek is on a mission to tackle Los Angeles' notorious traffic, crucial for saving his family's struggling catering business, Smotch. Armed with his innovative "Snarl Solutions" and the creative support of his friend Mila at a Girl Scout art meeting, he plans to restore and strategically place recycled traffic signs to improve congestion. However, Rick faces challenges from various groups, including SPLAT and BLAM, who have their own agendas for city traffic. As he races against time to solve the traffic puzzle, Rick must find a way to execute his ideas and secure a vital catering contract.
