The Body in Griffith Park

In 1908 Los Angeles, ex-heiress Anna Blanc navigates her precarious position at the Police Department, where she oversees delinquent children and female inmates, though not particularly well. Yearning to pursue criminals and get closer to the charming Detective Joe Singer, Anna's ambitions are complicated when she uncovers the body of a young John Doe while on a truancy hunt in Griffith Park. Ignoring Joe's warnings and with her job at stake, Anna becomes embroiled in a mystery that could jeopardize her future.
