Odyssey Moscow

In "Odyssey Moscow," Michael Calvey's journey takes a dramatic turn on February 14, 2019, when armed FSB agents arrest him in his Moscow apartment for a crime he did not commit. Once a distinguished figure in the Russian investment landscape, Calvey navigated the tumultuous “Wild East” and built successful funds, earning respect and a reputation for integrity. Now, imprisoned in Matrosskaya Tishina on dubious charges brought by rival businessmen, he finds himself trapped in a Kafka-esque nightmare as international powers debate his fate. This narrative explores not only Calvey's struggle but also the decline of hope and aspiration in Russia, while revealing resilience in the face of darkness.
