On the last night before Tanglewood Memorial closes, MRI technician Mike Hughes prepares for a quiet shift, surrounded by a sparse staff and empty halls. However, the arrival of notorious serial killer Frank Snow for a brain MRI disrupts the calm when he escapes, plunging the hospital into chaos. With the power cut and the doors locked, Mike must navigate the shadows of the deserted facility while also dealing with his unexpected visitors—his wife, Sarah, and their young son, Eli.
