Figures in Blue

Figures in Blue follows Esteban Espiritu, a young Spanish artist, as he is commissioned to paint the portrait of the elderly Baroness Kristena von Lichtenberg in her decaying mansion overlooking a quaint German village. As Esteban delves into his work, he becomes entwined in a local mystery surrounding the disappearance of the Baron, the Baroness's brutish husband. Set in the early 20th century, this novelette incorporates elements of classical mythology.
