Brand of the Forgotten

Blake Durant, a reluctant hero, unexpectedly finds himself embroiled in a dangerous conflict after encountering an old miner named Pete Doubell under attack by gunmen. Despite his desire to remain uninvolved, Blake becomes tangled in a web of deceit and violent confrontations with notorious figures, including gunfighter Vance Carter and vengeance-driven Reke Bodie. However, the stakes become more personal when he meets Christine, Doubell's niece, making the risks he faces seem worthwhile.
