The Devil's Pawn

In "The Devil's Bargain," set in 1518 Rome, renowned magician Johann Faust grapples with the consequences of an unholy pact that has brought him fame but also debilitating seizures. As peasants rebel and the church seeks to restore its wealth through Faust's alchemical skills, he is haunted by the devil demanding repayment. With the help of the brilliant Leonardo da Vinci, who shares his own affliction, Johann races against time to evade both diabolical forces and the relentless pursuit of papal henchmen, striving to protect his loved ones and find a way out before it's too late.
